Aloria Ceylon Travels designs private journeys across Sri Lanka for travellers who share one expectation - a journey that is genuinely well thought through. Ancient capitals in the dry north. Leopard country in the southeast. Highland railways through tea estates. Surf breaks on the east coast. Colonial fort towns above the Indian Ocean. We connect all of it, or the parts of it that suit you, into a single coherent journey.
What We Do
Private tours across Sri Lanka - no group buses, no shared guides, no fixed departure dates. Every itinerary is built for the people taking it - their pace, their interests, their travel style, the things they have been told not to miss and the things they specifically want to avoid. We design differently for every traveller, rather than adapting the same route four different ways.
Who We Are
Aloria Ceylon Travels is run by a small team based in Sri Lanka who have spent years driving these roads, testing these safari lodges and sitting through enough puja ceremonies and train delays to know exactly what a good itinerary needs to account for. That direct, current knowledge of the island - which properties actually deliver on their photographs, which drive times are honest and which aren’t, when a park genuinely closes rather than just quietens down - is what separates an Aloria itinerary from one built from a supplier catalogue. We know that a traveller visiting in December wants something different from one visiting in July, and we design accordingly rather than sending everyone down the same well-worn route.
