Day 01
Arrival - Negombo
Private transfer to Negombo. Settle in after the flight and enjoy a relaxed sunset walk along the beach or Dutch Canal waterfront. Optional local seafood dinner. Overnight in Negombo.

Day 02
Negombo to Sigiriya
Negombo to Sigiriya, approximately 3.5 hrs, through coconut estates and rural dry-zone landscapes. Optional stop at Dambulla Cave Temple. Arrive in Sigiriya for an evening at a jungle-view boutique stay. Overnight in Sigiriya.

Day 03
Sigiriya - Rock Fortress, Pidurangala and Village Life
Early morning climb of Sigiriya Rock Fortress for sunrise views. Return for breakfast and rest before the afternoon heat. Late afternoon Pidurangala hike for a wilder, photography-friendly view of Sigiriya from above. Optional village dinner with lake canoeing. Overnight in Sigiriya.

Day 04
Sigiriya to Knuckles via Matale
Sigiriya to Knuckles, approximately 3.5 hrs, through Matale spice country. Stop at a spice garden for hands-on cinnamon and pepper demonstrations. Arrive at a mountain eco-lodge and take a short guided nature walk. Overnight in Knuckles.

Day 05
Knuckles - Full Trekking Day
Full-day guided hike through cloud forest, waterfalls, ridge viewpoints and remote mountain villages, with a choice between a moderate half-day trail or a longer active trek. Picnic lunch by a stream. Overnight in Knuckles.

Day 06
Knuckles to Kandy - Temple and Cultural Evening
Knuckles to Kandy, approximately 1.5 to 2 hrs. Morning at leisure with optional birdwatching. Visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic during ceremonial hours. Evening walk around Kandy Lake or an optional Kandyan cultural dance performance. Overnight in Kandy.

Day 07
Kandy to Ella - Scenic Train
Kandy to Ella by scenic train, approximately 6 hrs depending on train timing, through tea estates, tunnels and misty mountain valleys. Arrive in Ella and settle into a hilltop lodge. Overnight in Ella.

Day 08
Ella - Soft Adventure Day
Morning hike to Little Adam’s Peak through tea terraces. Visit Nine Arch Bridge, timed for a train crossing where possible. Optional zipline, ATV ride or Ravana Falls visit. Overnight in Ella.

Day 09
Ella to Udawalawe - Wildlife Region
Ella to Udawalawe, approximately 2 hrs, through changing landscapes from highland greenery to open dry-zone plains. Visit the Elephant Transit Home. Afternoon jeep safari in Udawalawe National Park. Overnight near Udawalawe.

Day 10
Udawalawe to Hiriketiya - Surf Arrival
Udawalawe to Hiriketiya, approximately 2.5 hrs. Morning at leisure or an optional second short safari. Arrive at Hiriketiya, a horseshoe bay loved for surf and beach cafes. Afternoon beginner surf lesson or beach yoga session. Overnight in Hiriketiya.

Hiriketiya - Surf, Coast and Wellness
Morning surf session at Hiriketiya or nearby Weligama depending on wave conditions. Optional coastal cycling, Dondra Lighthouse visit or lagoon kayaking. Evening seafood barbecue. Overnight in Hiriketiya.

Day 12
Hiriketiya to Galle - Heritage Coast
Hiriketiya to Galle, approximately 1.5 hrs. Explore the UNESCO-listed fort with its lighthouse, ramparts, Dutch Reformed Church and boutique lanes. Afternoon optional visit to Unawatuna, Jungle Beach or a turtle conservation centre. Overnight in Galle.

Galle to Colombo - Departure
Final morning walk along the fort ramparts or an optional cafe stop. Transfer along the Southern Expressway to Colombo. Optional shopping or city stop depending on flight time. Departure.
